Voila! Yippee! For example if you are thirty and walk outside and get hit by a piece of airline toilet ice and die, you were middle-aged when you were fifteen! If you are ninety and decide to take up spelunking and fall fifty feet onto a pile of calcified guano to your death, then your were middle-aged when you were 45.
