 Ship Highlights

Welcome to Carnival Cruise Line’s Freedom, a wonder of efficiency and pampered elegance that sets the stage for the spectacular World Championship Bingo Tournament & Gaming Cruise. A cruise aboard Carnival Freedom is not only one through fun ports, but one practically through time itself! This ship pays tribute to decades of the past, so that when you step into one of the exciting onboard spaces, you’re stepping into not only a different place, but a different time as well.

Sail the Sensational Southern Caribbean

Grand Turk

The largest of the Turks Islands, Grand Turk is named after an indigenous cactus that looks like it’s wearing a Turkish fez. The island has plenty of options for shopping, touring, relaxing, swimming, diving or fishing, and just the weather for doing it—the island gets about 350 days of sunshine per year. One of the main draws is water activities, and Grand Turk’s protected coral reef, which drops to 8,000 feet, is close enough to shore for beach dives. You’ll find many Colonial-style buildings and ruins, along with The Turks and Caicos National Museum, not to mention the Grand Turk Cruise Center featuring the Flow Rider, Margaritaville, and lots of great shops.

This peaceful slice of paradise offers warm sun tempered by gentle trade winds, all wrapped up in a sparkling package in the southern Caribbean. While there, visit vibrant outdoor markets, magnificent beaches and lush gardens. Walk along quaint streets lined with Dutch colonial buildings typifying the island’s earliest beginnings, snorkel in the most breathtaking coral area in the Caribbean, or discover the natural wonders of Aruba by visiting the Butterfly Farm or the Ayo Rock Formations.

This beautiful, secluded island is located just off the coast of Venezuela. With a vibrant and rich culture rooted in history and hospitality, Curaçao has been home to many painters and artists of all types. This inviting island with so much to see and do also features an unsurprisingly warm and sunny climate year-round, with temperatures averaging in the mid-80s.

La Romana

The southeastern tip of the Dominican Republic features La Romana, a city built by the sugar milling industry before it began to blossom into a resort area. This small city has some of the finest golf courses found in the Caribbean. White sand beaches are one of the city’s main attractions, as are historic sites, natural wonders, and shopping and dining opportunities.

Optional Shore Excursions

Carnival Cruise Line offers a wonderful variety of optional tours to help you fully appreciate the cultural richness and natural beauty of your spectacular Caribbean ports-of-call.
